    Usage scenarios

    Frictionless interactions in a configurable platform

    LiveAssist™ platform is flexible and supports a myriad of usage scenarios. Explore these examples as you consider how LiveAssist™ will help you.

    Visitor 

    • A visitor takes the screening questionnaire on their mobile outside and receives a QR code. First-time visitors are prompted for vaccination verification.
    • Next, the visitor gains access to the vestibule and completes temperature and mask check at the tablet.
    • To finish, the visitor taps the Live Agent button to complete Eyes-On verification.
    • The Live Agent grants the visitor entrance to the facility.
    • The visitor shows the code on their phone to exit the facility.

    Employee

    • Employee logs into the system with their company credentials. On first login, they are prompted to verify and attest that they are vaccinated.
    • Outside the workplace, the employee takes the screening questionnaire on their mobile phone and receives a QR code.
    • Then the employee gains access to the vestibule approaches the automated dispenser, sanitizes their hands, and receives a new mask.
    • Next, the employee completes temperature and mask check at tablet.
    • Employee shows code on phone and receives access to facility.
    • Employee shows the code on their phone to exit the facility.

    Resident

    • Facility administrator prints resident badges for residents who are allowed to leave
    • Resident approaches the kiosk and scans their resident badge to sign in
    • At the kiosk, resident completes their system sign-up, questionnaire, mask check, temperature check.
    • Resident scans their resident badge to exit

    Guest

    • A guest without a smartphone approaches the kiosk.
    • At the kiosk, the guest completes their system sign-up, questionnaire, mask check, temperature check.
    • The guest takes a printed badge and receives access to facility.
    • Guest scans the printed badge to exit the facility.

    Live Agent (your employee)

    • The Live Agent receives a notification on their phone that someone having trouble entering the facility.
    • The Live Agent initiates video chat with the visitor and completes the check-in of person. Their badge is printed and the person gains access.
    • Person shows the printed badge to exit the facility.

    Eight months into the global pandemic, one-third (33%) of participating health care workers reported fair or poor mental health.
